After Auto-Rig Pro/Setting Poses

To continue on my last post, once you understand how to use ARP and the rig, you'll want to start posing. You can create a pose library so you can switch between poses quickly.


To do this, go into Pose Mode and do the following:

1.) Locate the Pose menu next to the View and Select menus

2.) From the dropdown, select Create Pose Asset..., located near the bottom of the list

3.) Name your pose, create a new catalogue category for it, if one doesn't already exist

4.) The new pose and its library will be located at the bottom of the window now

5.) To locate just the library, go to the Asset Browser, located in the same place at the 3D view icon/menu

  • This will change the viewport to the library/browser, so it's a good idea to do this in a new window

6.) From here, select the new pose catalogue you created from the list

7.) In the catalogue, you'll find the poses you created!
